While kids and teens are in their Sunday School classes, adults at Rodgers Baptist Church meet in their LIFE Groups for small group Bible Study. Our LIFE Groups Learn, Invite, Fellowship, and Engage with others in similar life stages as we seek to live out the gospel in our daily lives.

- Kindergarten to 5th grade: Elementary department upstairs above the front entrance hall
- 6th grade to 12th grade: Youth department upstairs above the fellowship hall
- Crossroads: Upstairs above the fellowship hall
- Homebuilders: Upstairs above the fellowship hall
- Ambassadors: Upstairs above the fellowship hall
- Crusaders I: Fellowship Hall
- Crusaders II: Choir Room
