DESCRIPTION:February 21st will be our RBC Student Ministries “Tacky Prom.” Teens will meet at the church at 4pm and head out to a local thrift store. They need $10-15 (in addition to money for dinner) to buy a tacky outfit for another teen. Then\, dressed in their tacky clothes\, we will go take pictures at The Harbor and eat dinner at a local restaurant.
