Faithful in Generosity

2 Corinthians 9:6-7, “But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.”

Biblical generosity is not measured by the size of a gift but by the attitude of the heart. God delights in cheerful giving because it reflects His own generous character. Everything we have has been entrusted to us by Him. 

Our greatest example is Jesus Christ, who gave Himself so that we might have eternal life. His sacrificial love motivates us to give freely, serve joyfully, and trust God to provide for every need. 

Act today: Find one way to give generously today, whether through your time, your resources, or your encouragement, and do it with a joyful heart.
