Safe from Panic

Proverbs 1:33, “But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.” 

Prudent ears produce peaceful hearts. The promise is not a disaster-free life but a dread-free spirit. When wisdom directs your choices, you have fewer self-made crises. More profoundly, you have shelter when storms come uninvited because your refuge is the Lord who cannot be shaken. Listening positions you inside His fortress and never forget this. There is no refuge from Jesus. There is refuge only with Jesus. 

Act today: Before bed, jot three ways God protected you from harm or folly in the past week. Thank Him aloud and rest.
