Proverbs 4:18, “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”

There is only one way to be made just, and that is through the Lord Jesus Christ. The path that leads to life has been established by the Lord. All other roads are dark and lead to hell. If we walk in God’s wisdom the path will always be well lit, because God’s Word – His wisdom – is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path (Psalm 119:105). This does not mean the believer’s path is an easy one. Light does not make the path easy, but it does dispel doubt. Light gives clarity, while the confused are always in the dark. Trust God’s truth. Trust His way. That path will go through many dangers, toils, and snares, but the way is well lit, and where it ends there shall be no more night! (Revelation 22:5)
