Honor One Another
Romans 12:10, “Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring one another;”
We live in a culture of self-promotion, yet Paul urges friendly competition in honoring others. To honor is to recognize God’s work in a brother or sister and publicly esteem it. This practice kills envy and stirs gratitude. It also reminds us that every believer, however weak, bears Christ’s image and Spirit. When you celebrate God’s grace in others, your church becomes a safe greenhouse for growth.
Act today: Speak or write a sincere word of praise to someone for God’s grace you see in them—no flattery, just truth.
