Faithful When No One Sees

Matthew 6:4 “That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.”

The world rewards what is public, but God delights in what is done for Him alone. Jesus taught that our giving, praying, and serving should never be motivated by recognition. The Father sees every unseen act of obedience and never overlooks a faithful heart.

Christ Himself lived for His Father’s approval rather than the applause of the crowds. He calls us to do the same. A life that seeks God’s pleasure instead of man’s praise will never be lived in vain.

Act today: Do one act of kindness today without telling anyone. Let your Father in heaven be the only audience you seek.
