Pray for One Another

James 5:16, “Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”

Intercession is love on its knees. We approach the throne together, pleading God’s promises over each other’s wounds, wanderings, and work. The effective prayer of a righteous person is simply a believer clothed in Christ, heard by the Father. Prayer knits hearts and unleashes divine aid.

Act today: Specifically and faithfully pray through a prayer list. Pray daily through this list, and let someone know that you are interceding for them.
