Pastor Travis Gilbert first served as Associate Pastor from 2009 until 2017 when he and his wife Dianna were called to a church in Kentucky. In April 2023 they returned to Garland and reunited with Rodgers Baptist Church in answer to God’s call for Pastor Travis to serve as our Senior Pastor. Read more…
Joshua Walker began serving as Minister of Music at Rodgers in 2025. He directs the choir and orchestra and leads the “Acting in Faith” theater ministry at our church.
Jason Smith began serving as Youth Minister with his wife Jasmine at Rodgers in 2025.
Cheryl James was raised at Rodgers Baptist Church, and since 2012 has managed administrative duties and our missions accounts.
Patricia Helfenbein has served as the administrative assistant at Rodgers since 2025.
