Lamentations 3:25, “The LORD is good unto them that wait for Him, to the soul that seeketh Him.”   

Impatience is an enemy of faith. Therefore we are often tempted to doubt the wisdom of God’s timing and/or the goodness of His guidance, especially when preconceived notions of how God will or should act are shattered. God provides grace for the moment, all that we need, but we must wait for it. When scripture speaks of waiting for the Lord it does not mean with impatience and distrust. Do not turn away to other help in those moments when the Lord delays. Trust God enough to wait in His place and walk at His pace.
